With seven total awards spanning workplace culture, innovation, leadership, and clinician impact, the TalentTrack Awards combine peer nominations with clinician-voted recognition.
Winners will be revealed live at the TalentTrack Awards Dinner on June 3, 2026, in Omaha, Nebraska. This makes TalentTrack not just a place to learn and connect, but the stage where excellence in healthcare staffing is recognized.
What Is TalentTrack?
TalentTrack is a healthcare staffing conference built to bring the industry together in a way that feels fresh, engaging, and genuinely useful. Hosted by TrackFive, the brand behind TravelNurseSource, AlliedTravelCareers, and LocumJobsOnline, TalentTrack creates space for real conversations, practical insights, and connections that extend beyond the event itself.
After launching as a virtual event in 2025, TalentTrack makes its live debut in 2026, taking the stage June 2–3 in Omaha, Nebraska — the hub of the travel healthcare staffing world.
Across one day (and a networking event the night prior), attendees will hear from 22 expert speakers across five panel sessions, covering the topics agencies, recruiters, and clinicians care about most right now. The agenda also includes roundtable discussions designed for open, peer-to-peer conversation, because we know that some of the best insights don’t come from a stage.
TalentTrack isn’t your typical conference. It’s intentionally interactive, community-driven, and focused on real experience.

From there, you’ll answer a few guided questions and make your case. Feel free to nominate your own team, a colleague, or someone in the industry you think deserves the spotlight. There’s no “perfect” formula here. Just be thoughtful, specific, and tell us why they stand out.

When Will Winners Be Announced?
Once nominations close on March 2, our awards team will review submissions and announce the finalist shortlist in late March.
Winners will be revealed live at the TalentTrack Awards Dinner on June 3, 2026, in Omaha, Nebraska, closing out TalentTrack with an evening of recognition, celebration, and a few well-earned wins.
