Registration for TalentTrack 2027 opens October 1. Early bird pricing will be available through October 31, so we recommend registering early.

TalentTrack is built for professionals across the healthcare staffing industry, including recruiters, sales professionals, marketers, executives, operations teams, industry partners, and anyone looking to learn, connect, and help move the industry forward.

Your TalentTrack registration includes access to event sessions, networking opportunities, the TalentTrack Awards, meals, and the full attendee experience.

Your registration includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner on May 26th. Attendees can designate their dinner selection and any dietary restrictions when registering.

Welcome Cocktail Night: Business casual. Come ready to mix, mingle, and kick off TalentTrack in a relaxed setting.
Main Conference Day: Business casual. We recommend something comfortable and professional for a full day of sessions, networking, and conversations.
Awards Night: Cocktail attire. Dress it up a bit and join us for an evening of dinner, drinks, and celebrating the best in healthcare staffing.

Yes. Parking is available in the Marriott Parking Garage. Overnight hotel guests can park for $10 per day, while the standard daily parking rate is $28 per day.

Yes! Stay connected throughout TalentTrack with the Whova event app. You’ll be able to view the agenda, explore sessions and speakers, connect with fellow attendees, and access important event information all in one place. Access to the app will be shared closer to the event. Be sure to download Whova before TalentTrack so you’re ready to go when you arrive.

Attendance at the TalentTrack Awards Dinner is optional, but we do ask that you RSVP during registration so we can plan for the correct number of meals. The dinner is included in the price of your TalentTrack ticket, and ticket pricing remains the same whether or not you choose to attend.

If you RSVP that you will not be attending, a seat and meal will not be reserved for you. If your plans change later, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but seating and meal availability will be based on what is still available at that time.

TalentTrack tickets must be purchased in advance due to limited availability, seating, and meal counts. We are expecting the event to sell out, so we recommend securing your ticket early and checking back here for updates on availability.

If you have a last-minute addition to your team on the day of the event, we’ll do our best to accommodate them if space allows. A full-price ticket will still be required, and admission, seating, and meal availability cannot be guaranteed.

No. All attendees must be officially registered and have a valid TalentTrack badge to enter event spaces, including sessions, networking events, and the Awards Dinner.
If you arrive without a registration, please see a member of the TalentTrack team before entering. If tickets are still available, we may be able to register you onsite, but this is not guaranteed. Anyone who enters or attempts to participate in the event without a valid registration and badge may be asked to leave.

Yes! TalentTrack tickets are transferable. If someone on your team can no longer attend, their ticket can be transferred to another attendee.

Whenever possible, please let us know about any ticket changes in advance so we can update the registration and properly plan for seating and meals. Last-minute transfers on the day of the event will still be allowed, but we cannot guarantee the original attendee’s meal selection can be changed or accommodated.

If you are a TalentTrack exhibitor or sponsor, your registration includes everything included with a standard attendee registration, plus the benefits and enhancements included in your specific sponsorship package. For questions about your package, please contact [email protected].

If you are a vendor who is not exhibiting or sponsoring TalentTrack, your vendor registration includes the same event access as a standard attendee registration. Vendor tickets are priced differently to help keep TalentTrack accessible to healthcare staffing agencies while recognizing the partners who support the event through sponsorship.

Vendors must register using the appropriate vendor ticket type. If a non-sponsoring vendor registers using a general admission ticket, the registration will be canceled and refunded.

No. If you are an exhibitor or sponsor, our team will coordinate with you directly and complete the registrations included in your package on your behalf.

If you’d like to bring additional team members beyond the number included in your package, extra registrations can be purchased for $500 per person through the registration widget.

Exhibitors may arrive anytime between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM to check in and get their space set up before Welcome Cocktail Night begins.

Exhibitor Tear-Down | 4:30–6:00 PM
Tear-down will begin immediately following the main conference day. Exhibitors will have from 4:30–6:00 PM to pack up and clear their space before the room is transformed for the TalentTrack Awards Dinner.

Package inclusions vary based on your specific sponsorship or exhibitor agreement. Please refer to your contract for a full list of included benefits and enhancements. If you have questions about your package, contact [email protected].

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the event, and power will be provided at all exhibit spaces.

Yes. Exhibitors can ship materials in advance through our third-party logistics partner, AIT Worldwide Logistics. AIT will receive and store your materials before TalentTrack, transport them to the event, and deliver them directly to your exhibit space.

Advance freight handling begins at $75 for up to 100 lbs. Shipments over 100 lbs. are charged an additional $39.50 per 100-lb. increment. These fees cover freight handling only and do not include the cost of shipping to or from the warehouse.

Before shipping, complete the Advance Freight Handling Form and email it to [email protected]. Please do not send your shipment until the completed form has been submitted.

Clearly label all packages with your exhibitor name and booth number and ship them to:

After TalentTrack, AIT will collect outgoing materials directly from exhibitor spaces and return them to the warehouse for carrier pickup. Exhibitors are responsible for attaching prepaid return shipping labels and selecting their preferred carrier.
