Job board industry veteran David Holman, previously Senior Director of Engineering at Snagajob, has joined TrackFive as the Vice President of Engineering. David will lead TrackFive’s product and technology initiatives while helping the company to meet the growing demand for its specialized career platforms.

The company has seen increased demand for its career platforms since the pandemic and is set to celebrate 15 years in business during its first-ever company retreat in Las Vegas this month. “TrackFive has seen post-pandemic annual revenue growth of over 50%,” says Aarin Seprinski, EVP of TrackFive, “and our MRR is up over 70%.”
TrackFive is the leading provider of active candidates in the travel healthcare, and transportation segments by way of its four industry-leading career platforms. The company has also branched out into recruitment marketing services and is currently developing other undisclosed career platforms.

David Holman’s addition to the team is part of a strategic push by the company to dramatically expand its product offering in the next several years.
