Last year, we brought TalentTrack to life in person for the very first time. And to say you all showed up would be an understatement.
For two days, Omaha was filled with some of the best minds in travel healthcare staffing having the kinds of conversations we created TalentTrack for in the first place. The honest ones. The conversations about what’s working, what isn’t, where the market is headed, and what we can learn from each other along the way.
Now, we’re doing it again.
TalentTrack is returning to Omaha May 25–26, 2027, and this year, we’re taking over a bigger space at the Omaha Marriott Downtown with more speakers, more sessions, and even more of the conversations that made our first in-person event so special.
TalentTrack 2027 will bring together 30+ speakers across seven sessions, along with agency leaders, recruiters, operations professionals, strategic partners, and other voices from across travel healthcare staffing.
And we’ve got a lot to talk about.
The Conversations Happening at TalentTrack 2027
The healthcare staffing industry keeps changing, and we’re not interested in putting together sessions that dance around what’s actually happening. This year’s lineup is built around the challenges, questions, and opportunities teams across the industry are navigating right now.
Across seven sessions, we’ll hear from 30+ leaders with different roles, perspectives, and experiences about what they’re seeing in the market, what’s changing inside their organizations, and what they believe comes next.

TalentTrack Was Never Supposed to Feel Like Just Another Conference
We had an idea of what we wanted TalentTrack to feel like before everyone arrived in Omaha last year. Then we watched it actually happen.
There was an openness in the room that can be hard to find at industry events. People were willing to talk about more than their wins. They shared what they were trying, what they were questioning, where they were struggling, and what they were learning.
Braxton Akins summed it up better than we could:
“TalentTrack created a room where competitors became collaborators, ideas moved freely, assumptions were challenged, and the future of healthcare staffing became visible. What made it different was the transparency. Leaders weren’t just talking about successes. They were openly sharing what’s working, what’s broken, and what they’re learning. It wasn’t just a conference. It was a conversation our industry needed to have.”
That’s what we want more of in 2027.
And Yes, the TalentTrack Awards Are Back
We couldn’t bring everyone back to Omaha without bringing the TalentTrack Awards with us! After celebrating our inaugural winners in 2026, the second annual TalentTrack Awards will once again recognize the people and organizations doing incredible work across healthcare staffing.
